RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odours. Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of REMILLI 99. Before returning anything please notify us at info@remilli99.com.

We DO NOT offer free returns. In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us so we can take a further look at info@remilli99.com.

Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. REMILLI 99 are not responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returns.

 

DELIVERY DETAILS

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase depending on availability and credit verification. 

Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange. Furthermore remilli99.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the item(s) you have selected are not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quick as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local Post Office.
